Registration guidelines
Complete your registration online via the website (click the “go to registration” button) where you can pay using a credit card or French purchase order.

The registration fees for UCC/BDCAT 2025 are listed below in Euros (€/EUR), tax included. Early registration fees apply until November 7th, 2025 (UTC+1). Please note the Registration deadline on November 24, 2025 (included). There won’t be any registration accepted past that date (online or on-site).
What is included in the registration
The registration fee includes daily coffee breaks and lunch, cocktail reception on Monday evening, and the conference dinner on Wednesday evening.
Terms and conditions and cancellation policy
Receipt of the purchase order will confirm your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you for validation.
The invoice may be issued before or after the conference in accordance with the purchase orders received.
For online credit card payments, a paid invoice can be sent on request by email.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to:

- For all cancellations received before November 15, 2025 (inclusive), registration fees will be refunded, minus a 300 € administration fee (including tax). Author registrations are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be made for requests received after November 15, 2025.
- Registrations made by purchase order are subject to the same cancellation conditions.
- Insurance: Insurance, including medical coverage, travel coverage, and expenses incurred in the event of an incident, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance coverage with your travel agent when booking your trip.
A signed and personalized Letter of Invitation can be obtained after registration. This letter can be used to support visa applications, if necessary.
This document does not imply any obligation of the UCC/BDCAT 2025 Organizing Committee to cover travel, accommodation, or other costs.
Early-bird Registration – until November 7th, 2025
At least one author per article must be registered as an author at the full rate for members/non-members, whether they are students or not. Each author’s initial registration fee is valid for one article.

Additional poster/demo for accepted paper authors:
Authors of accepted papers in the research or industry track are offered the possibility to present a demo or poster at the conference, on the same or a different topic as the accepted paper. Please use an Author registration if you have an accepted poster or demo, but no paper in the research track.
Additional Gala Dinner Ticket:
The registration fee includes one gala ticket. Please only select the additional gala ticket if you are bringing a guest who is not registered.
